Descriptions and product information


Our Venetian Mirrors are handmade. As is typical of handmade items, the actual mirror may differ in small details from the photograph on the website.  Actual size is within 1 inch of listed dimensions.  We value the unique and individual touch of an artisan's hand, and hope that you will also.  
Also Note : Because the quality of color reproduction differs from one computer screen to another, there amy be small diffeences between the actual finish product and what you see on your screen.  If you have questions about a color or finish, please contact us for clarification.  We cannot be responsible for the accuracy of color reproduction on your computer screen.


Availability and delivery


Delivery will depend on availability of stock.  For in-stock item, delivery will be within 3 days.  For made-to-order items, delivery will be longer. Please contact us for further clarification.


Within Klang Valley - FREE delivery!
Within Malaysia - by Courier.
Outside of Malaysia - We can ship anywhere in the world.  For quote on international shipping, please email us at : zangtoimirrors@gmail.com.  All applicable taxes and/or Customs Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the Product.
We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date or within the delivery period set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having problems getting an item to you by the specified delivery date.  If you need a mirror by a specific date, or if you required expedited shipping, please call or email us, and we can discuss how your needs may be best accommodated.
It is your responsibility to inspect the Products immediately upon delivery. An adult must be available at the delivery address to carefully check the Products and sign and acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defect must be reported to us immediately.
Please ensure that the item you have ordered will fit into your home. Please check the dimensions of the space within which the Product will be placed and allow for the fact that the dimensions specified on the Website are approximate only and may vary slightly. Kindly also measure any doorways, corridors or staircases the Product will have to pass through, including space for maneuvering and turning.

 Price and payment


Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Where you are contracting as a consumer.To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing, by post to or by email on the day you take receipt of your order, You must also return the Product(s) to us straight away, in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Products which are made to your order. 



Our refunds policy


We want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If it does not suit you rneed, please notify us via phone or email within 3 days of delivery.  When you return a Product to us because you have cancelled the contract, once the Product is back with us and has been checked, we will process the refund due to you within 30 days. In such a case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding delivery of the Product. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us or us collecting it from you.
Products cannot be returned to us because they are unsuitable after the 3-day cooling off period. We reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur in relation to the cancelled order. Such costs shall not exceed 20% of the value of the Products plus any delivery and return costs. If you believe that any of our Products are of an unsatisfactory quality, please immediately contact us.  Please also send us photographs of any alleged defects so that we may assess the situation. SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.


Orders from outside Malaysia


If you order Products from our Website for delivery outside Malaysia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If you order Products for delivery outside Malaysia, you will be required to take out standard liability insurance. Please contact us for further details.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. Note: We cannot accept returns for merchandise shipped to destinations outside Malaysia.
